Algorithmiq, a company pushing the boundaries of quantum computing to solve complex problems in life sciences, has secured $21.2M in new funding. The capital infusion comes from investors United Ventures, CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), and Inventure VC.
The startup is developing advanced algorithms designed to run on near-term quantum devices, with a mission to revolutionize drug discovery and new material development. Their approach combines deep expertise in quantum information, complex systems, and computational physics to tackle challenges currently beyond conventional computational reach.
