AITAN has locked in $41.0M in fresh funding, a bet on its edge-AI robotic weapon systems that have already seen real-world use. The round draws backing from Deep33, Dell Technologies Capital, and notable angels including Gokul Rajaram, Benjamin Ling, and Kevin Weil.
The company’s pitch is straightforward: its open, hardware-agnostic platform lets allied militaries field and control drones and autonomous systems without being locked into a single supplier. Since 2023, AITAN says its tech has been deployed across the IDF and Israeli security agencies, racking up over 500,000 combat hours. The capital will help scale a system designed to give nations sovereign control over their robotic forces-no lab lessons, just battlefield proof.
