AgriTech Clean Cities ClimAccelerator Secures 100K Grant to Power Urban Climate Innovation

AgriTech Clean Cities ClimAccelerator is excited to announce that we have successfully raised 100,000 euros in our latest funding round!

This significant investment further strengthens our commitment to addressing the pressing climate challenges in urban areas while accelerating the commercialization of innovative clean technologies.

Launched in 2020 and led by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in collaboration with EIT Climate-KIC, our accelerator programme has built a vibrant community of over 70 startups from more than 15 different countries.

These startups are at the forefront of transforming urban ecosystems by addressing key issues ranging from clean mobility and sustainable waste management to efficient energy solutions and improved health services.

Our mission is to support high-impact, technology-driven solutions that not only reduce the carbon footprint but also pave the way towards achieving climate neutrality in urban environments.

With this latest funding, we are set to enhance our programme's infrastructure and broaden our network of influential investors, corporations, and public institutions.

The funding will also enable us to expand our comprehensive training sessions featuring international experts in both business and sustainability, ensuring that participating startups can scale rapidly and effectively.

Moreover, the investment will bolster our efforts to provide robust assessment tools for evaluating the environmental impact of the innovations developed by our community.
