Agenus, the Lexington, MA-based immuno-oncology company, has raised $85.0M to advance its comprehensive pipeline of immunological agents. The capital infusion will bolster its efforts to expand patient populations benefiting from cancer immunotherapy, a core mission for the firm.

The company targets both cancer and infectious diseases, employing combination approaches that include antibody therapeutics, adoptive cell therapies through its MiNK Therapeutics subsidiary, and adjuvants developed by SaponiQx.
