50skills has raised $6.0M in seed funding to help HR teams stop running contracts, onboarding and approvals through email threads and spreadsheets. The Reykjavik-based company turns those repetitive processes into structured workflows that can be automated in minutes rather than months.
Frumtak Ventures, Swiss Post Ventures, Avant and DRD Investments backed the round. 50skills says its platform lets teams describe what they need and have AI build a working workflow from it, triggering steps from a single employee interaction and drafting communications or checking documentation along the way. The company claims some teams save up to 50 hours a week once one workflow grows into ten or more.
