Vesta Software Group has acquired Zoo Logic, an ERP and point-of-sale provider for apparel and retail. The deal was reported on 24 September 2026. The amount was not disclosed in the sources.
According to the source, Zoo Logic's software is already used by more than 5,500 businesses. The source also states that the acquisition is Vesta Software Group's first acquisition of an Argentina-headquartered company. Vesta Software Group is described as Canada-based.
The source framed the transaction as part of a week in which it said M&A activity was about reach, grouping it with two other deals: WDC Networks' acquisition of cybersecurity specialist Teki, which the source said added 12 international technology brands and a reseller and integrator network, and Aureon's acquisition of digital credit marketplace Bom Pra Crédito. In all three deals, the source said, what changed hands was access to customers and distribution.
