Voly Group Official has acquired Workrest Blades Manufacturing Company for an undisclosed amount. The transaction transfers full ownership of the manufacturer to Voly Group, which will now control its operations and product lines.
Workrest Blades Manufacturing Company is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of carbide tipped workrest blades for centreless grinding. These blades are precision components used to support and guide workpieces during the grinding process, a niche but critical segment of industrial tooling. Voly Group Official, the acquiring entity, is expanding its portfolio within the industrial manufacturing sector through this purchase.
The acquisition is strategic for Voly Group as it adds a specialized production capability to its existing operations. By bringing Workrest Blades in-house, Voly Group gains direct access to established manufacturing processes and an export channel for a technical product line. This move reduces reliance on third-party suppliers for such components and broadens the group’s footprint in precision engineering markets.
For Workrest Blades, joining Voly Group provides access to larger operational resources and a more extensive distribution network. The combined entity is expected to streamline production efficiencies and maintain the existing customer base while exploring new geographic markets. No changes to current manufacturing sites or workforce have been announced as part of the deal.
The integration of Workrest Blades into Voly Group’s structure is set to proceed in the coming months. The combined operations will focus on sustaining the supply of carbide tipped blades while leveraging Voly Group’s scale to support long-term growth in the grinding tool sector.
