NX GROUP (NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP) has acquired TCS Private Limited for an undisclosed amount, marking a significant corporate acquisition in the logistics and e-commerce sector.

This transaction sees the global logistics giant take ownership of Pakistan’s most recognizable and preferred courier, logistics, and e-commerce provider.

TCS Private Limited is renowned for its comprehensive services to the corporate sector, SMEs, and household customers across Pakistan.

The company boasts an extensive operational footprint, including over 900 outlets in 380 cities, a fleet of 600+ satellite-tracked vehicles, a dedicated Boeing-737, and a proficient team of more than 4500 couriers.

Beyond its domestic leadership, TCS also facilitates international shipments, providing access to over 3,500 destinations worldwide.

This acquisition is a strategic move for NX GROUP, a prominent global logistics entity, to expand its presence and strengthen its network in the South Asian market.
