Phenna Group has announced an agreement to acquire Studio Santi, a specialist energy management and sustainability business headquartered in Rome. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Studio Santi provides testing, technical inspection, energy audits, design verification and regulatory compliance services across buildings, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The business will join Phenna Group's Built Environment Division in EMEA.
According to the announcement, the acquisition strengthens Phenna Group's TICC capabilities across energy efficiency, building performance, sustainability and renewable energy technical assurance. Phenna Group said Studio Santi's expertise complements that of its existing businesses, particularly 4fores and ASPREL Ingenieria S.L., creating opportunities to support clients across more stages of the energy and infrastructure lifecycle.
Phenna Group said it looks forward to working with Federico Santi and the Studio Santi team as they continue to build on the company's expertise, reputation and established client relationships.
The acquisition remains subject to final regulatory confirmations.
