Trenton Ironhawks has acquired Storm Water Services LLC for an undisclosed amount. The transaction, which has been completed, brings the stormwater management firm under the ownership of Trenton Ironhawks, marking the acquirer’s entry into the water infrastructure services sector.
Storm Water Services LLC specializes in underwater inspections, cleaning, and repairs, as well as erosion control repairs and maintenance. The company also conducts Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections and provides post-construction Best Management Practice (BMP) maintenance and inspections. These services are essential for regulatory compliance and the long-term integrity of stormwater systems.
Trenton Ironhawks, the acquiring entity, is broadening its operational footprint through this purchase. The addition of Storm Water Services allows Trenton Ironhawks to offer a complementary set of technical capabilities to its existing portfolio.
