Go Lime Inc. has acquired Services Plus, according to a LinkedIn post from the company. The acquisition was completed; the post describes Services Plus as one of two businesses Go Lime acquired in Simcoe County, alongside A Plus Heating and Air Conditioning. The amount paid was not disclosed in the sources.
Services Plus has served Barrie, Innisfil and Bradford for more than 30 years, according to the post. A Plus, it says, has built its own reputation across Simcoe County.
The post states Go Lime's approach to acquisitions: keeping local brands, people and customer relationships in place, then investing behind them through more technicians, more apprentices, more trucks, better technology and stronger support. Go Lime said its ambition is to build what it calls Canada's leading home and commercial services companies while continuing to feel local in each community it serves.
The post also notes that Go Lime welcomed Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning in Cobourg earlier in the summer. It says the expansion across Ontario was covered by HPAC Magazine.
