USA Rare Earth, Inc. (Nasdaq: USAR) has acquired Serra Verde Group for $2.8 billion.

Serra Verde Group is engaged in the production and sale of Rare Earth Elements (REEs) from its wholly owned Pela Ema deposit in Brazil.
