Nutanix has acquired Ryax Technologies. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Nutanix plans to boost its GPU utilization and agentic AI applications’ ROI capabilities for customers, which is expected to create new opportunities for Nutanix partners. Debojyoti (Debo) Dutta, Nutanix’s chief AI officer, told CRN that once the integration is complete, Nutanix plans to introduce these advanced GPU utilization and smart scheduling capabilities that partners can bring to joint customers.
