MidEuropa has acquired Romanian Business Consult (RBC), a leading provider and integrator of IT solutions for the retail and food industry in Romania, for an undisclosed amount.

This corporate acquisition marks a significant change in ownership for RBC, bringing the established Romanian technology firm under the MidEuropa portfolio.

Romanian Business Consult has built a solid reputation over 34 years, offering equipment and turnkey services to clients with a strong national service network comprising over 200 service and support engineers.
