This transaction sees Raimondi, a prominent crane manufacturer, expand its portfolio by integrating established product lines from Terex Corporation, a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and materials processing machinery.

The acquired divisions include Terex Rough Terrain Cranes, recognized for providing quality, reliable equipment with worldwide service, comprehensive training, and financing solutions.

These rough terrain cranes are designed and assembled at Terex Italia Srl’s facility in Crespellano, Italy, a key operational base within Terex Corporation’s Materials Processing segment.

The purchase encompasses all aspects of these divisions, marking a significant strategic move for Raimondi.
