HSNF Ltd has acquired Pai Skincare from Famille C Participations, according to FRP Corporate Finance, which said it advised Pai Skincare on the sale. The transaction amount was not disclosed in the sources.
Pai Skincare was founded in 2007 by Sarah Brown. The brand is described by FRP Corporate Finance as a leading sensitive skincare brand known for certified organic formulations and a science-backed approach to creating products. Its products are manufactured in-house in London and sold internationally, and the company has built a loyal customer following, according to the adviser.
HSNF Ltd is described as a beauty brand owner and e-commerce operator. Famille C Participations is the investment arm of the Courtin-Clarins family.
FRP Corporate Finance said the deal marks the next stage in Pai's growth journey, with founders Sarah Brown and Ed S. remaining shareholders and board advisers to support the business going forward.
The adviser named Victoria Kisseleva, Nick Gallagher and Alex Lewis as members of the deal team involved.
