OpenBet has agreed to acquire sportsbook technology provider OmniLogic for an undisclosed sum. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
OmniLogic develops sports betting platforms for state lotteries and other operators across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Following the deal, OmniLogic's teams in Hungary, the Philippines, and Cyprus will join OpenBet.
