Voly Group Official has acquired Oceanskies, a provider of marine and aviation services, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the specialist firm under the ownership of Voly Group Official, which will now oversee its operations across its existing offices in Guernsey, the UK, Dubai, and Malta.
Oceanskies, established in 2013, employs a team of over fifty professionals delivering services to yacht and aircraft owners, as well as industry partners. Its principal business areas include yacht registration and documentation across major registries, survey services for owners and insurers, crew employment and payroll management, port agency services in the Channel Islands and Malta, and aviation-related support that complements its marine activities. The company has built a reputation for first-class service in these niche sectors.
For Voly Group Official, the acquisition is a strategic move to broaden its footprint in the maritime and aviation support industries. By integrating Oceanskies, the group gains immediate access to established client relationships and specialised expertise in yacht registration, surveying, and crew services. The geographic spread of Oceanskies’ offices also provides a platform for expanded service delivery in key international hubs, aligning with Voly Group Official’s growth objectives.
The deal is expected to create operational efficiencies by combining back-office functions and leveraging shared administrative resources. Clients of Oceanskies should see continuity in service delivery, with the existing team remaining in place to manage day-to-day activities. For Voly Group Official, the acquisition adds a diversified revenue stream and strengthens its position in the high-end marine and aviation segments.
The combined entity will now focus on integrating Oceanskies’ service lines into the broader group structure while maintaining the specialised, client-focused approach that has defined the company since its founding. Further development of cross-selling opportunities between marine and aviation services is anticipated as the integration progresses.
