TMF Group has acquired Navigator Partners Oy, a Finnish authorized accounting firm, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the Helsinki-based company into TMF Group’s global network of business administration services, expanding its direct presence in the Nordic region.
Navigator Partners Oy brings over two decades of experience in financial administration, corporate management, and foundation governance. Its client base spans domestic and international corporations, institutional and private investors, investment funds, private equity firms, family offices, asset managers, and property owners. The firm also serves individuals and primary industries with tax services and comprehensive financial administration, a breadth that complements TMF Group’s existing offerings.
For TMF Group, which provides corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll services across multiple jurisdictions, the acquisition strengthens its ability to serve clients with complex ownership structures in Finland. Navigator Partners’ expertise in serving investment funds and private equity clients aligns with TMF Group’s focus on supporting cross-border investors.
