Vertiv has agreed to acquire KES, according to a source report dated 25 September 2026. The amount was not disclosed in the sources.
The acquisition will add liquid cooling service and engineering support across EMEA, the source stated.
The source said the lack of field and engineering support is a recurring theme across the data center industry at present. It added that with North America seeing such high demand, more manufacturers could look at acquisitions of this kind to add the resource required to keep up with demand.
