RePie Portföy has acquired ITC Invest Trading & Consulting AG Türkiye, an integrated waste management and waste-to-energy platform, for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is completed.

ITC was established in 2002 and conducts waste recovery, recycling and collection services. According to its website, its services include recovery of separately collected fractions of mixed collected municipal wastes, landfilling and final disposal of industrial and hazardous wastes, and collection and final disposal of medical wastes. Its website also claims that some 22% of the wastes collected in Turkey is processed at ITC facilities. The company has six subsidiaries and four waste-to-energy generation facilities.
