INPAX Shipping Solutions, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a full-service logistics provider specializing in final mile delivery. The company operates around the clock, 365 days a year, with branch offices across the Southeast and dedicated service routes spanning Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Its portfolio covers small package deliveries as well as less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, positioning it as one of the larger shipping firms in the region.
Priority Courier Experts, the acquiring party, brings its own established courier network to the combination. The acquisition is intended to broaden Priority’s geographic footprint and service capacity, particularly in the Southeast corridor where INPAX has built a dense route structure. For INPAX, joining Priority provides access to a larger operational framework and shared resources, which could help streamline back-office functions and fleet management.
The deal is expected to create a more comprehensive delivery network, allowing the combined entity to offer extended coverage for both business and residential customers.
