Ascend Partners has acquired InnoFin Solutions for an undisclosed amount. The transaction, which has been finalized, brings the specialized consulting firm under Ascend Partners’ corporate umbrella, expanding its footprint in the enterprise performance management sector.
InnoFin Solutions operates as a full-service consulting partner dedicated to the implementation of Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management and Business Intelligence solutions. Its team averages more than 15 years of experience with the Oracle Hyperion product set and 20 years of functional expertise, having completed hundreds of projects. As an Oracle Gold Partner, InnoFin tailors each deployment to client-specific needs, combining process design with technology to serve organizations of varying sizes. Ascend Partners, the acquiring entity, is broadening its service portfolio through this purchase, adding a deep bench of specialized Oracle consultants to its existing operations.
The rationale behind the acquisition centers on capability consolidation. Ascend Partners gains immediate access to InnoFin’s seasoned practitioners and its established methodology for complex Hyperion implementations. For InnoFin’s existing client base, the change in ownership is expected to provide continuity of service, backed by the larger operational resources of Ascend Partners. The deal also removes a competitor from the market, allowing Ascend Partners to capture a wider share of Oracle-focused consulting engagements without the need to build new teams from scratch.
Post-deal integration will focus on aligning InnoFin’s project delivery frameworks with Ascend Partners’ internal standards. Clients of both firms can anticipate a unified service catalog, where Oracle EPM and BI offerings become a core pillar of Ascend Partners’ consulting practice. The combined entity is positioned to pursue larger, more complex implementation contracts, leveraging InnoFin’s technical depth alongside Ascend Partners’ broader client relationships. The immediate priority is a smooth transition for ongoing projects, with the full integration of staff and methodologies expected to unfold over the coming quarters.
