fiskaly has acquired Infrasec Sweden AB for an undisclosed amount, marking a significant development in the fiscalization and tax compliance sector.

Infrasec, founded in 2002 as an IT Security Company, has been a prominent provider of VAT Tax Compliance services since 2010.

It is recognized as the largest service provider of cloud-based VAT solutions for the new SKVFS 2020:9 standard for Point of Sale (POS) systems in Sweden, and was also the first vendor to receive certification for the older 2009:2 standard in the country.

The acquisition is a strategic move, integrating Infrasec’s deep expertise in security frameworks and application development for financial security solutions.
