Adani Defence and Aerospace has acquired Indamer Aviation Pvt. Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.

Indamer Aviation, established in 1947, is one of India's leading aviation services companies, offering comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions and a range of support services for civil and business aircraft.

This acquisition marks a significant strategic move for Adani Defence and Aerospace as it expands its footprint within the Indian aviation sector.

Indamer Aviation Pvt. Ltd.

operates as a 'One Stop Shop' for its customers, providing aircraft maintenance, spares and logistics support, warranty services, refurbishment, and aircraft sales and acquisition.

The company is approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation under Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR 145) and as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO).

It serves as an authorized service center in India for prominent entities such as AgustaWestland Helicopters, Bombardier Business Aircraft, Embraer Aircraft Company, and Rockwell Collins.

The acquisition is strategically significant for Adani Defence and Aerospace, aiming to integrate Indamer's deep expertise and established infrastructure in aviation services.
