Luno has announced an agreement to acquire GTXN, a Kenyan cross-border payments firm. The deal was reported on 24 September 2026. The amount was not disclosed in the sources.
The transaction was reported in a Techpoint Digest roundup that also covered Mission Mobile raising $30.8 million to expand device financing, Djezzy entering Algeria's payments market, and Chari adding a former Visa executive to its board.
