Groupe Atlantic, a prominent European player, specializes in developing and manufacturing solutions for domestic hot water and indoor air temperature and quality.

Its extensive product range includes heating systems such as programmable radiators, commercial and industrial boilers, and heat pumps, alongside electric, solar, and heat pump water heaters, air conditioning, and ventilation solutions.

This corporate acquisition sees Rheem Manufacturing taking full ownership of Groupe Atlantic.

Groupe Atlantic is a market leader in France and ranks among the top players across Europe.

The company operates with 13,000 employees, generates an annual turnover of €3 billion, and maintains 31 manufacturing sites, with 15 located in France.
