-based provider of power generation systems, rentals, and 24/7 service solutions, for an undisclosed amount.

T&T Power Group, founded in 1980, specializes in custom-engineered energy systems and rental services for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients.

Gen-Tech, with over 125 years of combined experience, is a recognized leader in emergency, standby, and prime power solutions, operating from branches in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico.

The acquisition is strategically designed to unite two entities with distinct yet complementary strengths.

T&T Power Group brings its expertise in turnkey installations and comprehensive power control systems, while Gen-Tech contributes its deep hands-on experience in standby power and a robust technician-led service culture, including emergency response, maintenance, and parts.
