Socure has acquired Fravity AI for an undisclosed amount, adding agentic workflow capabilities to its digital identity verification platform. The deal brings Fravity’s Agentic Copilot, a system designed to automate and accelerate fraud, risk, and compliance investigations, into Socure’s existing suite of identity proofing and fraud prevention tools.
Fravity’s platform integrates with a company’s current applications and uses a human-in-the-loop model, allowing analysts to scale operational workflows while maintaining expert-level accuracy. Its out-of-the-box workflows cover areas such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), onboarding and transaction fraud, enhanced due diligence, AML sanctions and PEP screening, and disputes operations. The company was founded by domain experts with backgrounds in building fraud, risk, and anti-money laundering systems at Google and PayPal.
For Socure, the acquisition addresses a growing demand among financial institutions and enterprises to streamline manual investigation processes. Fravity’s agentic approach complements Socure’s existing identity graph and machine learning models, which already help clients verify identities and detect fraud in real time. By folding Fravity’s copilot into its platform, Socure aims to offer a more complete workflow that moves from initial verification through ongoing monitoring and case resolution.
The transaction is expected to shorten the time analysts spend on complex cases, reduce operational overhead, and improve consistency in decision-making across fraud and compliance teams. Fravity’s configurable design also allows the combined offering to adapt to different regulatory environments and risk appetites, which could broaden Socure’s appeal across banking, fintech, and other regulated sectors.
The combined entity will focus on integrating Fravity’s agentic workflows into Socure’s existing customer deployments over the coming quarters. The companies have not disclosed financial terms or a specific timeline for product integration, but the acquisition positions Socure to compete more directly in the operational layer of fraud and compliance, beyond pure identity verification.
