Deepki has acquired EVORA Global for an undisclosed amount, consolidating its position in the real estate sustainability software and advisory market. The deal brings together two firms focused on helping property investors and operators navigate the climate transition, with Deepki absorbing EVORA’s consulting arm and its proprietary data platform, SIERA.
EVORA, founded in 2011, provides sustainability consultancy, managed services, and software to real asset owners and managers. Its client base includes 15 of the world’s top 20 global investors, with over 400 clients supported across the UK, Europe, and North America. The firm manages data for more than 45,000 assets and 90,000 automated connections, representing roughly $880 billion in assets under management. Deepki, which offers its own ESG data intelligence platform for real estate, will now integrate EVORA’s advisory expertise and SIERA’s analytics capabilities into its existing offering.
The acquisition is strategic for Deepki because it adds a substantial advisory and managed services layer to its software-first model. While Deepki has historically focused on data collection and reporting, EVORA brings deep expertise in climate risk assessment, sustainable finance, and regulatory compliance. This combination allows the merged entity to serve clients across the full spectrum of sustainability needs, from high-level strategy to day-to-day operational support. For EVORA’s clients, the deal promises continuity of service with access to a broader technology stack and a larger international footprint.
The transaction also strengthens Deepki’s presence in North America, where EVORA has an established team and client relationships. By merging EVORA’s consulting practice with Deepki’s platform, the combined company can offer a more complete solution for investors facing tightening disclosure requirements and physical climate risks. No financial terms were disclosed, and the deal is expected to close following customary regulatory approvals.
Post-acquisition, the combined entity will operate under the Deepki brand, with EVORA’s team and tools folded into its operations. The immediate priority is to ensure a smooth transition for existing clients while expanding the integrated service offering across both firms’ markets. With a larger client base and a unified platform, the company is positioned to compete more directly for mandates from large institutional investors seeking end-to-end sustainability management.
