ECI's operational capabilities include 16 vacuum chambers, clean rooms, and a full complement of metrology equipment. They offer a diverse range of films designed for deposition onto both glass and temperature-sensitive substrate materials such as polymer optics, semiconductor materials, crystals, and infrared materials.
