360Learning has acquired eLamp, a SaaS solution specializing in skills management, for an undisclosed amount. Following the acquisition, eLamp will operate under the new identity of Skills by 360Learning. This strategic move sees 360Learning integrate eLamp's comprehensive technology, which enables organizations to map and manage the full spectrum of their employees' expertise through an intuitive platform.
eLamp's offering includes four core modules designed to optimize skill utilization: Staffing, for expertise search and project planning; Productivity, for skill evaluation and gap tracking; Career, providing personalized training suggestions and development paths; and GPEC, offering dashboards and analysis of resource pools. This robust suite has been adopted by over 40 industrial and ESN clients, including notable names such as SPIE ICS, Orano, Naval Group, and Bouygues Construction, for managing operational competencies.
