Cyrix Healthcare Private Limited has acquired CYRIX-TSL - BIOMEDICAL SOLUTIONS for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the biomedical technology management firm under the ownership of Cyrix Healthcare, consolidating operations within the broader Cyrix ecosystem.
CYRIX-TSL operates as a Total MedTech Management Solutions partner, managing the full lifecycle of healthcare technology for providers. Its services span medical equipment maintenance, repair and restoration, refurbished equipment supply, consumables, remote technical support, and workforce training through distinct sub-brands including Care360, ReviveLab, AURUM, CIYAN, ExpertLink, and Cyrix Academy. The company has operated for over 11 years across the Middle East and North Africa, serving government health systems, hospital groups, and private providers with a team of more than 200 MedTech engineers based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
The acquisition is intended to deepen Cyrix Healthcare’s control over the full spectrum of medical technology management. By folding CYRIX-TSL into its corporate structure, the acquirer gains direct ownership of established service lines, regional delivery networks, and specialized technical capabilities that were previously part of the same brand family. This move consolidates expertise in equipment sourcing, maintenance, repair, and renewal under a single corporate umbrella, reducing fragmentation and aligning operational oversight.
For CYRIX-TSL, joining Cyrix Healthcare as a wholly owned unit provides access to the parent company’s 22-plus years of healthcare technology management experience and its larger operational framework. The combined entity is expected to streamline service delivery across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, leveraging shared infrastructure and technical knowledge to improve response times and lifecycle support for existing clients. The deal also positions the group to expand its integrated service model more aggressively across the MENA region.
The combined organization will now operate with unified ownership across both the management ecosystem and the broader Cyrix platform. Market observers will watch how the integration affects service continuity for existing government and private healthcare contracts, and whether the consolidated structure enables faster expansion into adjacent markets.
