Rensa Filtration has acquired Custom Filter LLC for an undisclosed amount.

Custom Filter, based in Aurora, IL, is a specialized manufacturer of custom engineered filters, providing liquid and air filtration solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.

This strategic purchase integrates Custom Filter into Rensa Filtration’s portfolio, specifically within its Engineered Filtration Products (EFP) business unit.

Custom Filter is recognized for partnering with innovators and designers to develop unique filtration solutions, emphasizing speed, creativity, and manufacturing proficiency.

Its advanced capabilities include extensive testing and data tracking, high-quality pleat packs utilizing glass, synthetics, membranes, or metal medias, and the production of filters in any shape, size, or configuration.

The company also specializes in bulk-filled activated carbon filters and ultrasonic welding using automated lines, delivering mission-critical, high-efficiency air filtration products.

Custom Filter holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, reinforcing its commitment to precision and reliability.

This acquisition integrates Custom Filter’s specialized expertise and advanced manufacturing processes into Rensa Filtration’s existing Engineered Filtration Products (EFP) unit, which focuses on providing mission-critical, high-efficiency air filtration products to OEM customers.

Custom Filter will join APC Filtration and RP Fedder within this unit, significantly expanding the EFP unit's collective capabilities.
