Personio has acquired Circula. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Circula provides services for payroll, expenses, corporate cards, and benefits. The company serves over 3,000 mid-market businesses. Personio and Circula have shared many of Personio's 16,000 customers for several years. Following the acquisition, these offerings will be available on one European platform.
