Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group has acquired BRC Arabia (LLC) for an undisclosed amount, marking a significant corporate acquisition in the regional industrial sector.

This transaction involves the prominent Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group taking full ownership of BRC Arabia, a leading supplier of steel reinforcement products in the UAE and Gulf market.

This is a direct corporate acquisition, not a funding round.

BRC Arabia, formerly a division of The Kanoo Group, was established in 1996 and operates state-of-the-art facilities in Dubai Industrial Park, with a branch office in Abu Dhabi.

The company specializes in the fabrication of cut & bent steel, welded wire mesh, cold drawn wires, and steel rebars threading.

It has been a key contributor to numerous major projects across the UAE, including infrastructure, power plants, the Dubai Metro, industrial complexes, and various commercial and residential developments.

BRC Arabia maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification and is recognized as the first UAE Wire Mesh Manufacturer to obtain DCL Certification, sourcing its steel from reputable regional and international mills.
