BLS E-Services Ltd has acquired atyati Technologies for an undisclosed amount.

This acquisition marks a significant move for BLS E-Services, bringing a robust financial technology and financial inclusion provider under its umbrella.

atyati Technologies, incorporated in April 2006, specializes in delivering comprehensive banking and financial services to rural, semi-urban, and urban customers through its proprietary technology platform and extensive network.

atyati's core expertise lies in its GANASEVA tech platform, which offers a full suite of banking services and an automated delivery mechanism for governmental, financial, healthcare, and commercial services.

This platform supports over ₹3000 crore in transaction turnover monthly and hosts over ₹12,000 crore of advances for various banks.

With more than 25,000 Bank Mitras across 27 states, atyati plays a pivotal role in financial inclusion, reaching over 50 million active customers.

The company also manages a ₹1000 crore active lending book for Joint Liability Group, Agriculture, and MSME segments, and provides doorstep banking services for all Public Sector Banks.

The acquisition is strategically aimed at enhancing BLS E-Services' digital service offerings and expanding its footprint in the financial inclusion sector.

atyati's established technology infrastructure, deep penetration in underserved areas, and strong relationships with 21 banking and financial institutions are expected to complement BLS E-Services' existing operations.
