Sêmeia conçoit et met en œuvre des solutions de télésurveillance médicale pour accompagner des patients atteints de maladies graves ou chroniques. Nous appliquons les dernières technologies d’intelligence artificielle (deep learning, sequence mining…) au service de l’expérience des patients. Leur accompagnement est personnalisé grâce aux modèles prédictifs des parcours patients, appuyés notamment sur les données de remboursement de l’Assurance Maladie.
