Yolo Tech Insurance

YOLO Group è una società dell’insurtech, tra le principali in Italia e con una presenza all’estero, con due linee d’offerta: servizi per abilitare la distribuzione digitale di prodotti assicurativi di compagnie di assicurazione, banche e retailer (p.e., utilities e grande distribuzione); distribuzione, attraverso accordi di partnership, di prodotti assicurativi realizzati in collaborazione con le compagnie. Dalla costituzione, alla fine del 2017, YOLO ha sviluppato numerose partnership, in Italia e all’estero, per abilitare l’offerta assicurativa digitale. Nella distribuzione diretta, YOLO ha adottato, oltre a un modello digitale, un modello ibrido che combina canale digitale e canali fisici (c.d. phygital). Nel 2022 ha lanciato Yolo Insurance Network (YIN), piattaforma che permette ad agenzie assicurative e broker di piccole dimensioni d’integrare il digitale nel modello fisico di gestione e distribuzione. A YIN hanno aderito circa 600 intermediari. YOLO è quotata dal 2022 nel segmento ordinario di Euronext Growth Milan. Tra i principali azionisti, oltre ai due co-fondatori (Gianluca De Cobelli e Simone Ranucci Brandimarte), figurano Generali Italia, Intesa Sanpaolo Vita, Neva SGR, Primo Capital SGR S.p.A., Enablia, IBL Banca, Net Insurance, Smart4Tech, Banco di Desio e della Brianza.
