The UK's fragmented HVAC sector just got a fresh injection of capital. Ventilation Ventures, a firm focused on consolidating the market, announced it has secured $100K in new investment. The company aims to become one of the UK's leading HVAC services groups by modernizing a sector often characterized by smaller, founder-owned businesses.
Ventilation Ventures' strategy involves acquiring these HVAC-related businesses, typically those with £1-5M EBITDA, to provide full liquidity to owners facing succession without a clear exit path. With two acquisitions already completed, the company is poised to continue its expansion, with more deals expected to follow.
