Quantifly

Quantifly (TM) changes how parking and traffic studies are done. No more weeks of planning, RFPs, and hiring interns. Just select the type, duration, and location of your study, if you need a drone pilot or need us to provide one, then we do the rest. In about a week you get the photos, video, and car count data created automatically with our proprietary algorithm, and requested reports. No more counting cars in the snow. Parking and traffic counts are essential to urban development. Without them municipalities and developers have few options to calculate parking or street capacity. These studies are costly, time consuming, and consist of people manually counting cars on foot in all seasons using pen and paper, increasing the possibility for human error. The analog data from these studies are transcribed to a proprietary database and often left siloed. We save our clients time and money, minimize human error, and use visual data to increase the quality of communication with elected officials and the general public. As we get more data, we give planners and developers tools to dictate how and where parking happens. Pulmonx Corporation

Pulmonx has developed the Zephyr Endobronchial Valve, a minimally invasive treatment for COPD/emphysema. The one-time procedure is done by bronchoscopy and requires no cutting or incisions. During the procedure, on average 4 tiny valves are placed in the airways to block off the diseased parts of the lung which allows trapped air to escape until the lobe is reduced. Reducing hyperinflation allows the healthier parts of the lungs to expand and take in more air. This results in patients being able to breathe easier and have less shortness of breath.1 Complications of the Zephyr Endobronchial Valve treatment can include but are not limited to pneumothorax, worsening of COPD symptoms, hemoptysis, pneumonia, dyspnea and, in rare cases, death.1 1. The Zephyr Valve is contraindicated for: Patients for whom bronchoscopic procedures are contraindicated; those with evidence of active pulmonary infection; known allergies to Nitinol (nickel-titanium) or its constituent metals (nickel or titanium); known allergies to silicone, or with large bullae encompassing greater than 30% of either lung; Patients who have not quit smoking. The Zephyr Valve should be used with caution and only after careful consideration in treating patients with: Prior lung transplant, LVRS, median sternotomy, or lobectomy; Congestive heart failure or recent myocardial infarction; FEV1 <15% of predicted value. At Lytro, we believe that Light Field will continue to shape the course of Virtual and Augmented Reality, and we’re incredibly proud of the role we’ve been able to play in pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We’ve uncovered challenges we never dreamed of and made breakthroughs at a seemingly impossible pace. We’ve had some spectacular successes, and built entire systems that no one thought possible. More importantly, we built a team that was singularly unified in its focus and unrivaled in its dedication. It has been an honor and a pleasure to contribute to the cinema and Virtual Reality communities, but starting March 2018 we will not be taking on new productions or providing professional services as we prepare to wind down the company. We’re excited to see what new opportunities the future brings for the Lytro team as we go our separate ways. We would like to thank the various communities that have supported us and hope that our paths will cross in the future. Lytro was founded in 2006 by Executive Chairman Ren Ng, whose Ph.D. research on Light Field imaging won Stanford University’s prize for best thesis in computer science.
