The company behind a 70,500 km fiberoptic network spanning four European countries, Eurofiber, has announced it raised $100K in capital. The provider of open digital infrastructure, which also operates ten datacenters, continues to expand its footprint by an average of 50 km of fiber per week.
Eurofiber has been building out its network since 2000, offering smart, open, and future-proof cloud infrastructure and connectivity solutions to companies, government bodies, and non-profit organizations. The Dutch government has even assigned Eurofiber the status of ‘vital infrastructure’ due to its foundational role in the digital society.
