The complex world of immersive gaming, with its disparate platforms like Roblox and native apps, just got a boost for its underlying infrastructure. AeThex Corporation, a San Tan Valley, Arizona-based startup focused on player-owned identity and cross-platform communication, has raised a $100K pre-seed round. This marks the first external capital for the company, which has been self-funded since its 2017 founding.
AeThex Corporation builds the foundational layer for these virtual worlds, offering products like Oakdale Arena on Roblox and the AeThex Passport, a self-hosted infrastructure stack for cross-platform identity. The company operates as part of a "Trinity" alongside its Foundation and Labs divisions.
